" Set in the heart of the village, this pretty terraced cottage is offered for sale in beautiful condition, offering a fine combination of period charm and contemporary yet tasteful d?cor. The accommodation on offer is deceptive and flexible, and it also benefits from parking to the rear and a delightful rear garden.

At the front of the house is the sitting room with a log burner and exposed floor boards. This leads into the kitchen / diner with a fitted bench for seating and an attractive kitchen. To the rear is a part glazed garden room leading to the third bedroom and en suite wet room. Off that is a small utility room housing the washing machine. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a stylish family bathroom. Both bedrooms have shutter blinds and fitted wardrobes.

The rear garden is a particular feature of the property. There is a secluded seating area with a well off the garden room, with steps to the garden. It offers a good degree of privacy with a lawn and well stocked mature perimeter flowerbeds.

The area is a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts, with beautiful walks and cycle tracks over the South Downs and around the harbour.
