" 2 Roughmere Cottages is a Grade II Listed period cottage believed to date back to the early 18th century, in need of updating and situated in a central village location. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, sitting room with fireplace, open plan to study area, with access to cellar and to the dining room, kitchen and ground floor bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious landing/dressing room and a master bedroom with en-suite WC and basin. From the landing there is a fixed and steep galley stair leading to attic room. The property has gas fired central heating and some double glazing. At the front of the property there is a parking area suitable for a small vehicle and the rear garden is well established with an old summerhouse with storage behind. No forward chain. EPC-E.

The cathedral city of Chichester offers excellent high street shopping, many fashionable restaurants, cafes and bars, festival theatre and a mainline station to London Victoria.
