" Looks are quite often deceiving and that is very much the case here. Inside are three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite. A family sized kitchen with fitted appliances and wood block work surfaces. To the rear of the bungalow is the sitting room and the huge "P" shaped conservatory which the current owns use all year round as a family room and a dining room.

? This is a true case of looks can be deceiving. From the front this bungalow looks like many others in Fareham, however as you walk in for the first time you really start to appreciate the size of the accommodation on offer. The three double bedrooms are located at the front of the bungalow with one of these benefiting from an en-suite shower room. The main hallway extends towards the living space which includes a formal lounge which leads through to the extremely large conservatory. To call this space a conservatory isn't really doing it justice as it is a living space that the owners enjoy all year round.
