" This will surprise you!Normally a one bedroom flat is not considered spacious, but this is definately an exception to the rule.Situated on the ground floor, even the entrance hall is strikingly bigger than normal. The bathroom is large, it's almost a waste it's that big, you could hold a party in it! The bedroom again is also big, and you have the added bonus of a generous sized, built-in double wardrobe. As you move on down the hall into the lounge/diner, although it is an irregular shape, it's still a very good size with ample light thrown into it, not only from the windows there but from the window in the adjacent kitchen. All in all an ideal consideration for those struggling to get on the property ladder, as this is a 50/50 ownership unit, in other words you buy half and rent half. Interested, then give us a call. Our in house financial advisors could run through some figures with you at no extra charge.
