" Just pick up your belongings and move straight into this large 3 bedroom family home. With the current owners not buying on this one is ready for the Spring!
You will be surprised by the size of the rooms, which beat many similar properties in the area. With an open plan living area you have a great space to suit family living and because you have windows at each end you get plenty of light streaming in through the windows.
The kitchen has been re-fitted and leads through to a very useful area, which you could utilise as a study or even a children’s playroom, just remember to close the door behind you! Also having the bathroom upstairs and a cloakroom on the ground floor means fighting for the toilet first thing in the morning is a thing of the past! Another plus is that you can fit double beds into all 3 bedrooms so whatever age the kids are, they should all be happy with the space on offer.

We have put lots of love and care into making this a nice family home and have had all the major jobs done since we moved in. I would recommend it to anyone especially if they have children as it offers everything a growing family would need. We particularly like the fact it has parking which means whatever time we get home a space is always guaranteed for us! The south facing rear garden is very private and gets plenty of sun and is also a very secure place for the children to play.
