The space within this property is much larger than many of its competition in the area, with a layout that flows through very nicely.With a generous kitchen/breakfast room, dining room and lounge, this house also has 4 cloakrooms, 2 shower rooms and a family bathroom, which means fighting for the facilities first thing in the morning is a thing of the past!You also have the benefit of a southerly facing rear garden, which means you can enjoy those lazy weekends enjoying the sun, and if you get bored of that then step outside the front door and you are a short walk away from Portsmouth Harbour where you can enjoy some great views towards the Spinnaker Tower, HMS Warrior and Portsdown Hill. We were attracted to this house mainly because of the modern, peaceful location, the views are lovely, we have enjoyed many Summer evening walks, stopping for a few drinks, just watching the world go by. Stepping inside the house we could see the potential, it was larger than most we had seen and we loved the size of the kitchen, just ideal for our needs. We have so many happy memories of our time here and will be sorry to leave, but feel its time for a new chapter in our lives, and to give someone else the chance to enjoy all that this beautiful house has to offer.
