Situated opposite Fort Brockhurst, the location offers easy access onto the A32 for road access to Fareham, Lee-On-The-Solent and Gosport Town Centre. I purchased this property about 10 years ago and over the years have totally refurbished it which has taken lots of time effort and money. It has certainly been worth it and I would now like someone else to appreciate everything it has to offer. One of the first things to attract me to the property was the location, with Fort Brockhurst literally straight opposite I knew it would never be built on and its nice to come home some evenings and just take a stroll along the side of the moat and see all the wildlife. They also allow the residents to park there so I never have to walk far to get home.
