" Being across the road from Hayling beach is one of the main features of this delightful family home. The front windows all have direct south facing views over the water and this residence will definitely benefit future owners with a penchant for the water. The home itself is beautifully presented, very light and airy and flows very comfortably. The downstairs accommodation includes two spacious reception rooms, and the kitchen breakfast room is a good size with a very useful utility room adjacent. Finally on the ground floor there is a shower room with wc. Upstairs the landing is impressive with a large window shedding plenty of light across the space. There are four double bedrooms and the main room has the added bonus of a balcony looking toward the sea. Outside the rear garden is not long but a good width and there is a single integral garage.
