A late 1970โ€˜s local Sadler built three bedroom semi-detached house close to the village centre, schools, shops, railway station and Coastliner 700 bus route. Spacious hall with cloakroom and stairs to the first floor. Front to rear lounge diner, kitchen and a double glazed rear sun room conservatory. The first floor bathroom has had the bath removed and a shower cubicle installed. Driveway and garage with electric door. Private south facing rear garden.
