A well presented detached bungalow, ideally situated in this popular West Sussex village location. Built by Messrs D R Sadler Ltd (Emsworth) in the early 1960s, this delightful home has been extended to provide a good balance of reception and bedroom accommodation, and has the additional benefit of a private west facing rear garden.

A UPVC front door opens into the spacious entrance hall with built-in cloaks cupboard, airing cupboard (with plumbing for a washing machine), and hatch to the large loft space. The kitchen/breakfast room offers a good range of wall and base units, a garden aspect window, space for a small central breakfast table and has a door leading to the study (further door to the useful store room).
