The property is located at the end of a no through road, being set back off the road with a low maintenance front garden and ample parking to the side, which leads to the detached garage to the rear.
There are two entrances one to the front and the other to the side of the bungalow.
As you enter there is a very spacious lounge to the right which has a dual aspect. To the left you will find a double bedroom and also another to the rear. The kitchen is a good size and overlooks the rear garden, the bathroom is also at the rear of the property.This has great potential to extend either to the side, to the rear or even up into the loft subject to the necessary planning consents being obtained.Although the property requires a little updating, it has been double glazed and is centrally heated.This property is being offered with vacant possession.

It is with regret that the time has now come to part with my mother's home.
She had spent many happy years living in the bungalow but due to her age and health, has had to relocate to a residential home.I am sure that whoever buys the bungalow will put their own stamp on it as I think it has great potential for either a young growing family or as a retirement property.The gardens have been kept so that they are of minimum maintenance and having lots of parking helped enormously when all the family gathered together.
