This charming cottage was constructed we understand in the mid Nineteenth century and is situated in a very convenient location just over the road from the train station and a short stroll to the  Emsworth shops. The property has a lovely cosy feel and has a modern kitchen and bathroom, gas fired central heating, Upvc double glazed windows including sash style windows to the front.

Emsworth is a delightful harbourside town lying to the North of stunning Chichester Harbour. It has an excellent selection of local shops and easy access to both Chichester and Havant shopping centres. There are some lovely local walks along the foreshore as well as more countryside walks close by. There are excellent road links with the A27 within a short distance.
