" An extremely well presented character family home situated in this superb position within a virtual level reach of the village centre with large garden to the rear. No. 8 Park Crescent is a detached house believed to date from the beginning of the 20th Century and as one would expect from a property of this age has great character features such as sash windows and attractive character elevations. The house has been extended by the current owners and now provides four bedrooms on the first floor, the master bedroom being served by an en suite bathroom, as well as a family bathroom with the ground floor having a sitting room, study, kitchen/dining room, utility room and downstairs cloakroom. The property has a fantastically large garden which is extremely private and has parking for several cars to the front.

Park Crescent is located just off the village centre a short walk along the Havant Road and is an extremely sought after location in a road of similar character homes. Emsworth village itself has a range of multiple and independent shops as well as public houses, restaurants and churches of various denominations.
