" 7a Park Crescent is an attractive detached 5 bedroom property built in approximately 1991. It was designed and built by an architect and offers spacious accommodation with many design features ahead of its time. The interior features oak beams and exposed wooden floors which give the house a homely and cottagey feel inside. The exterior also is rustic with a combination of brick and flint construction walls and dark wood windows. The walled rear garden has been very well looked after and a mature palm tree is a feature.
Situation
Park Crescent is a pretty tree lined road to the west of Emsworth centre. The village with varied shops, two sailing clubs and many restaurants and pubs offers excellent day to day facilities. The property is located a short level walk from the foreshore with footpaths to Emsworth village and Warblington Church. The town has a mainline station to London Waterloo and excellent road links to Portsmouth and Chichester via the A27.
