" 16 Park Crescent is approached by a five-bar gate and a large shingle parking area for several cars. A generous front garden leads to the porch. On entering this well-balanced cottage the elegant dining room and cosy sitting room set the tone of light and warmth which continues throughout. The well-planned kitchen and large garden room are perfect for entertaining and bring the side and rear garden into the home. A utility area and practical bathroom complete the ground floor. All rooms have high ceiling and double-glazed sash windows. The first floor has two stylish double bedrooms, each with high ceilings and two large sash windows overlooking the gardens. The master bedroom at the rear has a spacious en-suite bathroom.

The cottage sits on a wonderful plot, with the garden to the front mostly laid to lawn, while at the side and to the rear is a charming English garden with a versatile West-facing decked area. Settled among the plants is an air raid shelter, now used for storing garden tools and logs.
