The attention to detail is obvious throughout the entire building as it was restored for the owners own future living. The property is set over 4 floors including the basement and has bathroom facilities on 3 floors, extending to the rear includes a studio and boat/large car garage.

I must have been slightly mad when I brought this home as every thing needed doing to it, but I fell in love with its location and when I saw the studio and garaging I knew I had to buy it. To say the renovation has been a labour of love is an understatement, I dread to think how much it has cost me to get it looking like it does today. As I was due to stay here for many years nothing has been spared on it being refurbished. The location is stunning as I can walk into Emsworth town centre with its different pubs, restaurants and cafes in less than 5 minutes. Having the garage for my boat is the icing on the cake. I will truly be sorry to sell but family commitments take precedence over bricks and mortar, I hope the next owner will love it here as much as I have.
