" Lang & Co are delighted to offer this well presented two bedroom semi detached family home which comes with a plot of land with planning. Planning permission has been granted to erect a three bedroom property on the site at Shortwood Crescent. Current plans would allow the property to be adjoined to number 53 Shortwood Crescent, but historic planning was once granted for a detached residence. The full planning application number is 13/01195/FUL drawings and details can be found on Plymouth City Council's website and planning department.
