" This beautiful 1950?s detached house is located on one of Orestons most popular roads. The property is immaculately presented throughout and has been sympathetically modernised over the years. The property has a gravelled driveway to the front which provides off road parking and leads to the double garage. The house comprises of an entrance porch, a bay fronted lounge which is open plan through to the Dining room and then the Conservatory beyond. The modern Kitchen has ample space for appliances and there is also a downstairs cloakroom. There are three bedrooms with the main bedroom currently having planning permission in place to create an en-suite. The family bathroom has a bath and shower and there is also an attic room. The rear garden is a generous size and is private as well as being level. The current owners have had plans drawn to allow for an annex, planning permission was granted on the 13th June 2012, which expired on the 13th June 2015.
