" This charming three bedroom cottage is set in the lovely village of Wotter in Dartmoor National Park which boasts views out towards Plymouth Sound and offers fantastic scope to turn this into a lovely home in an idyllic location. The kitchendiner is a substantial room and links with the lounge making it a great entertaining space and somewhere that would be the hub of the home. The lounge is a well proportioned space and offers a pleasant outlook out over the rear garden and there is an open fire to snuggle up in front of. There is a rear porchutility which is great for placing the freezer and hoover. There is a door giving access out to the lengthy rear garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The rear garden needs a good sort out but once done would offer a lovely spot with the south facing aspect to enjoy some peace and the view. There is a service lane that goes across the properties and separates the house from its out building which offers a great workshop or store space.
