" This well presented property has plenty to offer someone looking for a lovely family home situated within walking distance to the local primary school and amenities that Plympton has to offer. It comprises; an entrance hallway which leads into the immaculate lounge/diner which has been recently recarpeted and decorated to create a lovely space to entertain friends and family in. The kitchen includes plenty of worktop and storage space and alike the dining area offers access out onto the wonderful decking area. Continue over the next two roundabouts and then take the second turning on the left onto Westfield follow this road around, until you follow onto Hemerdon Heights continue until you reach a t junction, where you need to take the right following the road as it bends to the left and the property can be found on the left hand side.
