" Guide Price ยฃ80,000 - ยฃ85,000. A really striking 1st floor 1 bed flat with it's own front door & a cracking view of the Tamar! Spacious hallway, stairs & landing, contemporary kitchen & bathroom, lovely living room, double bedroom. GCH, uPVC D/G. Private area of garden.

Entrance Hallway * Landing * Kitchen * Bathroom * Living Room * Double Bedroom *

Well, if you are looking for a really nice contemporary flat with a few bonus features in a quiet spot then your search is over! Located in this very quiet spot is this first floor ex-local authority flat that has it's very own front door, a fantastic view to the rear across to the River Tamar and a private garden!

Off the hallway your stairs take you up to a bright and airy landing. The kitchen is fitted with a stylish range of base units and wall cupboards with an integral oven and hob. The living room is a good size with a modern fire place with fitted electric fire. The bedroom is a double and is the room that has the best of the view. The bathroom is fitted with a lovely white suite and is a bright and fresh room. As the flat is on the first floor you do also have access to the loft which is pretty big and great for storage, you could also of course do an attic conversion subject to the usual local authority consents, the views would be fantastic!

The flat generally has a good bright and airy feel throughout and comes with gas central heating and uPVC double glazing.

Outside, to the rear, there is a private area of garden which has a southerly aspect. It is of course quite unusual and rare to have a garden area with a flat. There are also two storage sheds!

A great flat in a quiet cul-de-sac
