" This sizeable three bedroom semi detached house is located fronting onto a green offering a lovely safe area to raise a family. The property does need work throughout but could be a fantastic family home with a little updating. You enter into a welcoming entrance hallway which flows into both the kitchendiner and lounge. The lounge is spacious and flooded with light from the south elevation, its a lovely space to enjoy some time with friends and family and offers plenty of room for any configuration of sofa`s. The kitchendiner stretches across the back of the property and offers a fantastic entertaining space and there is access out to the rear garden and side path. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a generous family bathroom. Up again the loft has been utilised as a master bedroom but could also work as a secondary lounge or play room. There is an extensive front and rear garden offering plenty of play space for little ones. The rear garden is private and mainly put to lawn along with a space for those summer bbqs with friends.
