" This imposing and deceptively spacious three storey brick faced Edwardian townhouse occupies a fabulous location on the fringe of St Budeaux and has panoramic views from the second floor across the river and on towards Cornwall. The property has an abundance of 'period' features including fireplaces, ornate ceiling mouldings, dado and picture rails, newel post, spindles and balustraded staircase.
