DIRECTIONS From Camelford town centre take the A39 towards Wadebridge/Bodmin. Turn right opposite the Co-op supermarket and continue to the 'T'-junction, turn right and follow the signs for Boscastle. Round the headland on a sharp left hand bend continue down and through the tree canopy, on reaching the speed restriction signs turn immediately left into Mount Pleasant and continue to the grass triangle, turn left and the property will be found on the right hand side.

DESCRIPTION Cobblers Cottage is an extremely attractive and charming end terrace Cornish Cottage situated at the top end of Boscastle village. The property is fitted out as a holiday home which it has been used for over the past few years but also it is ideal as a permanent home.
The Cottage is in good decorative condition and has some nice features to include beam ceilings, pine panelled doors, a lounge with multi-fuel burner, well appointed kitchen and two spacious bedrooms. Outside, the garden is to the side of the property and has a good size sloping lawn area with patio from which there is a magnificent view along the cornish coast towards Bude with Lundy Island in the distance.

Boscastle is a historic Elizabethan harbourside village situated on the North Cornish Coast at the entrance to the Valency and Jordan Valleys. The village itself has many traditional cottages and two well known public houses namely the Wellington and Napoleon Inns. The village attracts numerous tourists from home and abroad throughout the year and also walkers and photographers enjoying the coastal footpath and rugged scenery.

The village has a selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and also a Doctors Surgery and Primary School. A short drive away there are some sandy/surfing beaches and other pretty villages and the rugged Bodmin Moor. Camelford Town is 6 miles away and can offer a wider range of shops and amenities plus the larger towns of Bude, Wadebridge and Launceston are also a car drive away.
