" INTERNAL VIEWING HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDThe property is located in the heart of the village of Hallworthy. The property has been sympathetically refurbished whilst retaining many character features. It is situated on the edge of three other similar barn conversions but stands alone with its own garden and parking. It is deceptively spacious and offers very versatile accommodation. It should really been seen to be appreciated.The village itself has a popular local pub and restaurant and local amenities can be found in the nearby villages of Marshgate, Warbstow, Otterham Station, Canworthy Water and Altarnun. Primary schools are located in Altarnun, Egloskerry, Launceston and Camelford with secondary schools in the latter two larger towns. The larger town of Launceston has all the larger amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals and a wide selection of shops. The train station is to be found in Bodmin offering good links to London Paddington. The A30 is about 8 miles away providing access to the M5 at Exeter, and the western end of Cornwall and Truro in the other direction. There is an international airport in Exeter. The north coast of Cornwall is easily accessible from the property with fantastic beaches, surfing, cliff top walks and lots of outdoor activities. Roadford Lake between Launceston and Okehampton and Tamar Lakes near Bude also provide lots of water based activities such as sailing and angling in addition to walking and cycling paths. Plymouth is approximately 35 miles away and offers a ferry link to Brittany as well as a good range of restaurants, shops and days out. Hallworthy is situated on the edge of Bodmin Moor which offers lots of opportunities to enjoy outdoor life. "
