" 4 Kittows View is a south east facing two bedroom semi-detached property. There are outstanding views from the rear of the property to the north west across open countryside. The walls are clad with rendering to the first floor level with slate flagging from first floor to eaves height.  The properties have been designed with energy efficiency in mind with the use of an air source heat pump providing both central heating and hot water.  
 

Kittows View is a new development of five properties situated on a quiet country road on the outskirts of the rural market village of Hallworthy, approximately halfway between the towns of  Launceston and Camelford.   

The former market town of Launceston is some 10 miles away with 24 hour supermarket, doctor, dentists and veterinary surgeries, fully equipped leisure centre, two testing 18 hole golf courses and numerous sports and social clubs.   

The North Cornish coast is some 6 miles to the north west of the property and the villages of Boscastle, Tintagel and Crackington Haven are accessible via the A39.

FIRST FLOOR LANDING 
Loft access.  Doors to bathroom and bedrooms.  Door to large storage cupboard. 

BATHROOM
Panelled bath with mains shower over and glass screen, low level W.C., pedestal wash hand basin, shaver light and socket.  Obscure window to the front. 

BEDROOM ONE
Window to the rear.  Eight power sockets, T.V and telephone points. 

BEDROOM TWO
Window to the front, six power sockets, T.V point and door to hot water tank cupboard with room for shelving.   

OUTSIDE
The rear garden has a good size patio area.  The rest of the garden is laid to lawn with fence borders to the side and Cornish hedge with tree planting to the rear.  The two parking spaces are accessed via a shared pathway to the shared parking area with two designated spaces and extra room for visitors.
