SITUATION
The end terraced property is situated in a residential area to the east of Plymouth city centre and roughly 1.5 miles from the A38 at Marsh Mills and Sainsbury’s.

DESCRIPTION
The property is divided into two self-contained flats, being a ground floor and first floor having shared front entrance into a Lobby or with separate alternative access at the rear.
