LOCATION Venn Grove lies in one of Plymouth's best residential areas, comprising a variety of individual detached and semi detached houses dating from the 1930's. This is a level location with no through traffic, positioned within half a mile of a variety of local facilities including quality schools, bus routes and local shops. Derriford Hospital is only about two miles to the north. There are views from various parts of the accommodation as far as the hills of South East Cornwall in the far distance.
