" Circa 1900, this substantial and spacious Victorian mid-terrace residence occupies a fabulous location on this highly sought-after and desirable avenue which is close to Central Park, the Life Centre and less than one mile from Plymouth City Centre. The property has much character including a feature fireplace, ceiling roses, coving, picture rails, ornate mouldings and doors which interconnect the sitting room and dining room. On the ground floor hallway and landing there is delightful Lincrusta wallpaper to dado level. The accommodation comprises an imposing entrance hallway, a sitting room with feature fireplace and doors leading through to a dining room. There is a cloakroom/w.c., a breakfast room with pine built-in cupboards and china cupboards, a re-furbished kitchen and a useful family room/garden room which leads though to the rear courtyard gardens. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a small study area, a family bathroom/w.c. and a separate w.c.
