Location    Edmonton is a small hamlet set in an elevated position over the highly sought-after respected riverside town of Wadebridge. The town itself has a wide range of everyday business, leisure and shopping amenities. Closer to hand, a variety of countryside walks can be found from this location which can, in turn, lead you down towards the Camel Estuary. Within approximately one mile is access to the A39 North Cornwall trunk road giving access down towards Truro and down to other destinations via road links.

The Property    The cottage is situated in a complex of terraced holiday cottages in a semi-rural hamlet location near to the Royal Cornwall Showground. From the property far reaching countryside views can be appreciated and enjoyed from the front elevation whilst internally the property is undergone numerous improvements to update and modernise the property to the current taste and standards you would expect.   To the ground floor level is a lounge and kitchen/diner, both managing to combine modern day tastes and conveniences whilst retaining a period feel.
