Directions :-

Leaving St Austell via East Hill, at the mini round-a-bout, turn left into Kings Avenue and then right into Carlyon Road. At the next round-a-bout, turn left into Poltair Road and continue into Tregonissey Road. Stay on this road and at the traffic lights and cross roads, bear left and proceed to the St Austell Distributor road. At the round-a-bout on this road, turn left towards Penwithick and continue along and into the village of Penwithick. On entering the village the property can be found on the left hand side as indicated by a Your Move For Sale board.
