Up floor holds two doubles both with fitted wardrobes, a single bedroom and s family size bathroom to complete the property. The property is within 10 minutes drive from the A30 allowing access to both sides of the country and Truro plus there is the Newquay branch line which is a walk able distance from the house, yet has local amenities for the essentials.
