SITUATION Situated just yards from the beach in a donkey-width brick and cobble stone lane within the conservation area of Gorran Haven. An unspoilt, pretty fishing village situated on the South Cornish coast with all local amenities, shop/post office, pub and a selection of tea rooms. Easy access onto the stunning coastal path walks via Chapel Point to Portmellon and the harbour town of Mevagissey. 10 miles from St Mawes on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula and 15 miles from the cathedral city of Truro the retail and administrative capital of Cornwall.
