" This is a large, detached, family sized, four bedroomed house situated in a cul-de-sac in the Gover Valley, within walking distance of St Austell main town centre. Internally it is spacious and well proportioned accommodation with entrance porch, hallway, separate dining room, L-shaped lounge with wood burner, shower room, modern fitted kitchen and utility room. To the first floor there are four bedrooms and a bathroom. The property also has double glazing and gas fired central heating.
