" A deceptively spacious and extended 3 bedroom end terraced cottage located in the historic port of Charlestown.

The accommodation enjoys a good sized living room, kitchen/dining room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, gas fired central heating, off road parking and gardens.

The picturesque port of Charlestown, was a Georgian "new town", named after Charles Rashleigh a prominent local landowner and built between 1790 and 1810 for the export of copper and china clay.
The village is centred on the harbour, which against all odds has survived as a working port exporting a small amount of china clay annually. It has largely escaped "development" which has been kept to a minimum retaining its original character alongside the many Georgian properties that overlook the harbour. Currently the harbour is the home port for a famous collection of tall ships which are regularly used for film projects and bring regular work and life to the quays and harbour buildings.
