" Charlestown near St Austell, famed for its collection of ships and traditional appearance, has long caught the attention of location managers and for the filming of Poldark stood in for Cornwall's city of Truro. The original Grade II Listed harbour is complete with Tall Ships and is perfect for Graham Winston's (Poldark's author) 18th Century setting. We are delighted to be selling a modern 3 bedroom home within yards of this historic port and has the unusual benefit of a gated entrance and well set back off the main road. Situated to the left hand corner of this small close of approximately a dozen or so homes, constructed in 2007 and offering generous 3 bedroom accommodation, the master bedroom now has a walk in full length wardrobe.
