Location    Par is situated approximately four miles from St Austell town centre. Local amenities include shops, post office, takeaways, public houses, petrol station and junior school facilities. There is a wider range of amenities and facilities within St Austell as well as the main Penzance to Paddington railway line link. The town of Fowey is within the proximity and is famous for its sailing waters and its meandering streets, whilst the Cathedral City of Truro is approximately 20 miles distance and is the main centre of business and commerce in Cornwall.
