Hallway
Centrally heated radiator, stairs descending to the lower ground floor and double wooden doors with glazed panes, give access into a useful coats cupboard with shelf over. An open door way leads through from the hallway into:

Kitchen/Dining Room
A duel aspect room with a conservatory at the end enjoying spectacular views over Polruan, down onto its harbour and views onto Ready Money beach and Fowey.
