Set at the top of the village on the coastal side, the property is a detached dormer set out on the ground floor with entrance vestibule, hall, snug which leads to the L-shaped lounge / diner having magnificent views out over the south coast. From Liskeard take the A38 to Dobwalls by-pass, at the end of which is a roundabout. Take the A390 to St. Austell passing through East Taphouse. Take the left hand turning onto the B3359 signposted โ€˜Looe and Pelyntโ€™. Continue along this road until the turning signposted 'Lanteglos Highway' on the right hand side. Follow this road until just after Lanteglos Highway where there is a turning left signposted Polruran. Take this turning and proceed along the country lane until you reach a T-junction and turn right. Upon entering the village of Polruran, Cliff Rise is near the top of the village on the left hand side. Pull into this cul-de-sac where the property will be found towards the end on the left hand side.
