Entered through a shared courtyard the accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, on the first floor you will find an en-suite bedroom, a shower room and a further bedroom. An early viewing is highly recommended.

Lostwithiel is a historic country town situated approximately five miles from Bodmin, eight miles from St Austell and 12 miles from Liskeard. The town offers a variety of small shops and eating houses and has a mainline Railway Station with access to Penzance and London. The popular Eden project is some five miles distant.
