A modern house, regularly updated with UPVC double glazing and gas central heating. Additional energy saving measures in the form of extra loft insulation and cavity wall insulation were completed in December 2011 to make this a warm, comfortable and economic home. (The Energy Performance Certificate was produced before the latest improvements)

The bathroom has been re-fitted again to remove unsightly pipework and has a large easy clean shower enclosure and kitchen incorporating built-in oven, hob and fume dispellor. Since the photos were taken, new flooring and vertical window blinds have been fitted together with a new garden shed. There is additional space for upright fridge freezer and plumbing for washing machine. Power and vent for tumble dryer on the shelf in an external store.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac on the southern edge of Dartmoor National Park and enjoys easy access onto the A38 (East or West) for commuting to Plymouth, Exeter or any of the towns along the A38 and is only 100 metres to bus service, local shop/post office whilst there is a large Tesco with filling station at nearby Lee Mill together with Trading Estate which supports a wide range of jobs.

Ivybridge town is about a mile to the east where a good range of shopping facilities are available (bank, dentists, opticians, butchers, hardware, chemist, leisure center, Library, coffee shops, Tesco Metro etc) together with the mainline railway station and excellent primary and secondary schooling. The South Hams area has a good range of traditional pubs and restaurants, golf courses, walks and most water sports activities as it is close to the sea and beaches.
