" An elegant four bedroom family home, with 2,482 sq ft of flexible living accommodation, landscaped garden and parking for 3 cars.

HOW TO GET THERE PL21 0XP. In Bittaford, turn under the railway bridge towards Wrangaton, and continue up the hill out of the village. Moorhaven's entrance is on the left after a mile. Proceed up the drive, over the speed bump, and turn left, signed Church Lane and The Grove. Take the next left into The Grove and Number 3 will be found on the right hand side. MOORHAVEN Moorhaven Village is a unique development of Victorian buildings renovated in the late '90s from a former hospital which has created a village of about a hundred individual homes set in 65 acres of landscaped grounds.
Moorhaven has a strong community spirit with a film club which also raises money for charity, a book club, a yoga club, a gardening group, a quarterly gazette and a useful website at www.moorhaven.org.uk.
