" A semi-detached property situated in popular village of Horrabridge. The property offers a good size lounge/dining room; re fitted kitchen and bathroom. on the first floor there are three bedrooms one with an en-suite shower room and bathroom. Outside there is a raised front garden and an enclosed rear garden with decking leading onto a lawned area. There is an ornamental pond and a single garage. Horrabridge is an attractive village situated approximately 9 miles from Plymouth and some 5 miles from Tavistock. It provides a bakers, corner shop/Post Office, church, veterinary practice, two public houses and a primary school. There are regular bus services to both Plymouth and Tavistock which collectively offer extensive educational, recreational, cultural and shopping facilities. Yelverton provides a useful selection of shops including a butchers, chemist, supermarket, garage, hotel, public house, doctors surgery and veterinary surgery, whilst the Stannary market town of Tavistock, (voted best Market Town nationally in 2004) and Plymouth, collectively offer extensive educational, recreational, cultural and shopping facilities. The community is particularly well served by local school buses and county bus services, whilst the A386 Tavistock-Plymouth road facilitates easy access to the A38, just north of Plymouth and the A30 at Sourton, both dual carriageways to Exeter and the M5 motorway. From Plymouth mainline station there are train services via Exeter and Reading to London (Paddington). Brittany Ferries operate seasonal services from Plymouth to France (Roscoff) and Northern Spain (Santander).
