SITUATION A detached bungalow located on the outer fringes of the riverside village of Bere Ferrers. Bere Ferrers is a small village with its own train service to and from Plymouth, which is some16 miles away. It is situated approximately 1.5 miles distant from Bere Alston and is ideal for sailing enthusiasts. Tavistock is about 8 miles distant. DESCRIPTION This detached bungalow was originally built we believe in the 1920's and later extended to provide further accommodation to the rear elevation.
