SITUATION Situated in a quiet corner location with a good sized rear garden affording extended views across open countryside over the valley of Milton Combe. Milton Combe is a very attractive village situated on the edge of Dartmoor, some 7 miles from Tavistock and 11 miles from Plymouth. The village of Yelverton, which has most facilities, is approximately 11/2 - 2 miles distant.
