" This spacious three bed detached property is now available, and is being offered with NO onward chain. Situated on the outskirts of Tavistock in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is only a 20 minute walk from the town centre which makes it an idyllic location.

The property has been loved by the same owner for nearly 50 years, and would make the perfect family home. It does require some cosmetic modernisation work, but once redecorated it would make the perfect family home or rental investment.

Walking in through the front door there are stairs to the first floor and a hallway leading to the:

The town itself has fantastic sporting facilities including, tennis courts, a bowls club, athletics track and various football pitches. For golf enthusiasts, there are excellent golf courses nearby, at Yelverton and Tavistock and St. Mellion. There are also opportunities to fish by arrangement on a number of local rivers, including the Walkham, Tavy and Tamar.
