SITUATION
The property enjoys a southerly aspect being set at the end of a small cul-de-sac with open outlook across the Tamar Valley having countryside and river views.   The property is just a few minutes walk from the centre of the popular riverside village which offers a range of amenities including boating facilities, primary school and is served by a bus together with a branch line station with regular service into Plymouth.
