SITUATION: Inney Close forms part of the Highgrove development, situated on the south eastern outskirts of Callington, yet within walking distance of the main shopping centre. Callington is a small town situated in East Cornwall, approximately 10 miles from the market towns of Launceston and Tavistock and 14 miles from Plymouth city centre, which is therefore within commuting distance via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash. Amenities in Callington include a varied shopping centre and Tesco store, schools of repute, churches, medical centre, library and bus services. The Kit Hill Country Park is within two miles of Callington, providing excellent dog walking facilities, panoramic views and historic landmarks. DIRECTIONS: From Callington town centre, proceed to the traffic lights and take the main Tavistock Road for 0.4 mile, before taking the fourth right into Guipavas Road. Follow Guipavas Road for 250 yards before turning right into Coombe Road. After another 50 yards, turn left into Inney Close, and then turn right into a small cul-de-sac where this property will be seen in the top right hand corner.
