SITUATION: Inney Close forms part of the Highgrove area of Callington, which is a popular residential area of the town, situated within walking distance of the main shopping centre and the recently opened Tesco store. Callington itself is a popular town, situated in East Cornwall, approximately 10 miles from the larger towns of Launceston and Tavistock and 14 miles from Plymouth city centre, which is therefore within commuting distance, via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash. DIRECTIONS: From Callington town centre, proceed to the traffic lights and take the main Tavistock Road for 0.4 mile before turning right into Guipavas Road. Continue for another 200 yards before taking the right hand turn into Coombe Road. After 50 yards turn left into Inney Close and after another 50 yards bear right into a small cul-de-sac. This property will then be found on the left hand side.
