SITUATION
Set in a popular residential development having access off a small cul-de-sac being conveniently located for access onto the Callington ring road, A390. The property is within 3/4 of a mile of the town centre having en-route the Tesco superstore. The town offers a variety of facilities and leisure pursuits. Within some 10 miles are the town’s of Tavistock, Launceston, Liskeard and Saltash, whilst the city of Plymouth is some 15 miles away.

DESCRIPTION
